Providing Legal Advice to Those in Need
Supporting Western Australians with accessible legal advice since 2018.
Who We Are
The Subiaco Justice Centre is a not-for-profit community legal centre dedicated to improving access to justice for those who need it most.
Our team of experienced volunteer lawyers provide 30-minute legal advice appointments to eligible members of the community. These appointments offer practical guidance and support across a range of legal matters, helping individuals better understand their rights and options.
What We Do
We offer 30-minute legal advice appointments to eligible members of our community. During these appointments, one of our volunteer lawyers will help determine whether you have a legal issue and discuss the possible steps you can take. Telephone appointments can also be arranged if you are unable to attend in person.
We can assist members of our community who:
- Are on a low income (earning under $60,000 per year), or
- Hold a current Concession Card or Health Care Card.
